Our Workout series are a great way to stay in shape and on top of your game.

The offseason is one of the most important times to stay consistent and with it being summer its easy to want to do nothing.  To reach any goal you have to put the work in!

These workouts are in small group settings. The workout will consist of skill stations, stationary drills, competitive games, conditioning, and more.

Intermediate to advanced level

Sessions will include: 

– Skill stations with breakdown drills 

– Stationary ball handling and defense drills

– Competitive games

– Conditioning 

– Shooting and finishing competitions

– And more!
